When doing a search for a title, excluding apostrophes and punctuation, results are not directly found

Example:

https://www.imdb.com/find?q=Our+Fathers+Keeper+2020&ttype=ft,tv

Other people have considered this for searches of their databases.

There are other instance when a colon is used in a title name. If it's missing from the search parameter the title will not be directly found.

¿ Is there any way that IMDB can be searched where the above query will get a direct hit instead of a list of possible matches ?
