When did IMDB launch the episode guide?

@Peter_pbn​  Before that, there were lists of guest appearances by episode. I don't know when those were launched. TV guest appearances were added in 1994 at the latest.  From memory, I thought it might have been as “late” as 1995, but then I found the old “What’s New” page which covers January 1995 to November 1996 -> https://web.archive.org/web/19961219232911/http://us.imdb.com/what_is_new and we do not mention guest appearances being added in this time window so they were already included by the end of 1994.
