Weird bug regarding rating/watch history

I came across a strange bug with the following title:

The title was still listed under my ratings, but it was no longer in my watch history.

I can also still mark the title as "unwatched" even though the rating is still active—something that normally shouldn't be possible.

Is this a bug specific to the title, or is it an issue with my account?
