We hide some results for you

When trying the IMDb search engine, a user is not aware of the 200 titles limitation, that may result in misinterpretation of the results.

All modern search engines use the well-known "We hide some results for you". IMDb does need this to be provided in any effective way(s); it may be:
  • the above words itself;
  • the links to next pages in search results;
  • the automatic switch to the "Exact match" regime when the search is aimed to one word only;
  • or other if we think more.

Reason is the soul of all law.

I like the automatic switch to Exact match when too many results are returned.
The result page may have an option/link to expand to approximate search if needed.

Which amounts to the reverse of the present situation.
(Not sure I am clear enough...!)
