I am unable to replicate the error and haven't observed complaints from other site users. Can you try accessing your Watchlist again now and add a title to the list to confirm if you are still seeing the error?
@Michelle its solved already, it was for 1 hour or so, i tried on 3 browsers and on phone and on all it didnt work
