Sorry, yes, this is not really supported at the present time so we will move your post into the "Idea" category for future consideration.
As you have probably noticed, if on https://www.imdb.com/preferences/general you set your title display country to United States and the title display language to English, you will see US titles, certificates, release dates etc. but there are still many elements of IMDb which are localised based on your browser settings and IP address. The only solution at the moment is to use a US based VPN service.
