User profile pages return error on most occasion
Hi,
I was trying to see the reviews of a certain user (https://www.imdb.com/user/ur26820801/), and I got this error: "Houston, we have a problem." (Something went wrong. Please reload the page and try again.)
So I tried with other users, and got the same result. The weird thing is that it sometimes seems to load, and sometimes it just doesn't. It also seems to depend on how active the user is (maybe this is related to the number of badges of that user ?). On a general basis, it feels like the website is quite slow compared to what it shoud be.
Any ideas of why I can't access users profiles ?

@trahawsiuol Thanks for the problem report and sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the user profile pages are based on the oldest technology on the IMDb site, so there is little we can do here until these pages are migrated to the new technology platform in 2024, sorry.
The issues here will be timeouts on the server side due to the complexity of the contents so in the meantime all we can suggest is to try reloading until the pages do load.
