I have been trying to create an account and have not recieved the OTP need to proceed. I have checked spam/junk and have recieved nothing.

In gmail, sometimes such messages land in the Promotions tab.

Can you clarify if you still have not received the OTP code within your inbox? If not, can you confirm your email domain?
