Try Something New: IMDb Labs

Try Something New: IMDb Labs

We build IMDb for fans, and now we want to hear directly from you about what to build next. We're inviting you to explore IMDb Labs, a dedicated space on IMDb where you can try early-stage features, vote on the ones you find interesting, and share feedback with the teams building them.

Each feature in Labs is an experiment. Because these are experiments, things may change or be removed at any time as we learn from your input.

What you can do:

  • Try features before they're widely available
  • Vote on experiments you'd like to see become part of IMDb
  • Share feedback directly with the teams building each experiment

To get started:

  1. Go to imdb.com/labs in any web browser
  2. Sign in with your IMDb account
  3. Browse and try experiments

You'll need an IMDb account to access Labs.

The news post says: "Share feedback directly with the teams building each experiment"

Tried the Series guide, and clicked the message symbol,

I only get 2 questions to answer:

Did you set your progress on any shows?
Would you come back to this page regularly?

And no field for general feedback/suggestions on the feature we are trying or feedback for faults etc?

So they don't want feedback? Only want the answer to those 2 questions?

Thanks @Kristin for taking the time to engage. Each experiment has experiment specific feedback questions. We do want general feedback on each experiment and will update the feedback form to better support overall comments. For now, you are free to provide any additional feedback within those fields. We will definitely be reviewing it all. If you have feedback on the Labs experience overall, don't hesitate to share it with us here on this thread. We're listening!
