Transfer account

Hi there,

I'm using the IMDb account since this wasn't in Amazon's hands and I'd like to transfer all data (watchlist, movies, votes, etc) from my IMDb account (non-amazon) to my current Amazon account.

Is there a way to do that?

Thanks

Hello @ONIX,

Please take into consideration that it is not possible to transfer information from an IMDb account to an Amazon account. In this case, I recommend linking your IMDb account to your Amazon account.

If you have lost access to your IMDb account. In order to help you with your request, I recommend you to contact our customer service. Please remember to include the IMDb account e-mail address you want to recover.

Hi @ONIX,

In this case, Please contact IMDb support directly and provide the email address of your Amazon account and the email address of your IMDb account for further assistance.
