Top Picks no longer updating/refreshing

I have used the Top Picks section on the site to find new tv shows and films that pique my interest. However, over the last day or two, the list has essentially frozen in place. Normally, when I add a title to my Watch List, Rate it, or mark myself as "Not Interested" in the title, the title will disappear from the Top Picks list and presumably the data from that individual action will contribute to the generation of a new Top Picks list. I read somewhere that this change in behavior could be due to having "duplicate accounts", so I unlinked my IMDB account from my Google account. I signed out of the site in every browser and device I own, and I even cleared my browsing data, cookies, and history for a period longer than the issue has existed. None of this has helped resolve the issue. What else should I do?
