Title Pages: See and edit list comments in-line

I'd like the dropdown menu of custom lists to expand by a column.

In addition to the 
+ listName column, and the
>> goToList column

it would be very helpful to have a 
{:} seeMyComments column

which, when you tap on the icon, brings a pop-up box with the description/comments for that title on that list.

Bonus points if we can edit the comment in that pop-up.

So each line on the dropdown would have:
