Title Pages: External reviews usefulness

I would like to be able to rate external reviews on a one to 10 scale with the idea that reviewers I like show up higher or more frequently when I am surfing to find something to watch. I would like some kind of system so more like minded reviewers show up more and when I am so turned off by a review I can give it a one and if that reviewer continues to annoy me, they end up so far down in what shows up for me, they don't waste my time and crap on what I truly enjoy. And perhaps this can also somehow be integrated with others that have similar preferences.
