the sinners top 250 ?

hello,i see this movie is a solid 8.2 from 50k plus reviewers.it's classified 138 in the top english above fargo and other movies charted 180 or above in the top 250.you forgot to grant the chart to this movie ?i know the expert review system but it's not an indian, an anime or a superhero movie that have tons of fans waiting for the release to pump up the rating. maybe you forgot it ?

This wording at the bottom of the Top 250 list might need improving:'The list is ranked by a formula which includes the number of ratings each movie received from users, and value of ratings received from regular users.'I don't think the list is just ranked by a different formula. I think eligibility to be ON the list is also determined by that formula.
