Telephone contact is not part of IMDb's business model. Technically, several esoteric telephone numbers probably exist, but the they are not attached to call centers, so the IMDb company would probably mostly only make outgoing calls if there would ever be a need for it. (That's not to be taken as an invitation to post your own contact information, expecting a call, since you won't receive one.) As stated earlier by another person responding to this thread, the way to initiate confidential contact with the IMDb company, for certain kinds of inquiries, is through https://help.imdb.com/contact. There are others kinds of contact interfaces for other kinds of purposes, like press inquiries. Legal inquiries are made through conventional mail.
On a side note, nowadays most business telephone numbers when dialed will connect the caller to an automated menu anyway. If the IMDb company were to utilize such a system, the menu options would be numerous and have directory structure, at least two levels deep, and the company's voice inbox would be never empty. (It would probably be a "call you back" system too.) Also, if I understand correctly, all of that stuff costs more to have than web interfaces and email inboxes do, especially concerning "800" numbers, which are/were a big deal in the context of "long distance" calls costing more than calls within the same area code, since "800" numbers can be dialed at no additional expense to the caller.
