Suggestion: add "Series behavior"/"actively airing series" in Advanced Title Search

It would be very helpful if Advanced Title Search had an option for how it searches for TV series (or mini-series or podcast series, etc) when you include them in a search.

Let's say I want to generate a list of every animated TV show that aired in 1975. So, I do something like this:

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=tv_series,tv_miniseries&release_date=1975-01-01,1975-12-31&genres=animation

But this only shows me the shows that DEBUTED in 1975.

My options are either run a search like this, which shows me every animated show that debuted in 1975 or earlier...

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=tv_series,tv_miniseries&release_date=,1975-12-31&genres=animation

...but now I have a glut of TV shows that ended before 1975, giving me a lot of results to wade through for an actual comprehensive list.

Another option I have is to do individual TV episodes....

https://www.imdb.com/search/title/?title_type=tv_episode&release_date=1975-01-01,1975-12-31&genres=animation

But now there's a similar issue; a LOT of repeated entries for each TV show (because it's listing all of their individual episodes) that I have to wade through to piece together what I actually want: a list of series, NOT episodes.

IDEAL FIX: Under the "Release date" options, offer a toggle for "series behavior", which will give the searcher the option for either showing results for series debuts OR any "actively airing series" to denote series which aired an episode within whatever span of dates they've searched for.

So, searching for, say, TV series from 1995-01-01 through 1995-03-31 with the "actively airing series" toggle will generate a list of ANY TV SERIES that debuted one or more episodes during that span of dates.

Would be a huge relief!
