Sprinklr Notifications Not Being Emailed
Since early September of 2024, Sprinkler has not been sending notifications via email, at least not to the email address by which I'm registered on here this website (and so contrary to my notification preferences settings). Is this a known common problem? Regardless, could the inconvenience ever be resolved?

Hi there @jeorj_euler,
In order to manage your IMDb Community email notifications, you will need go to your IMDb Community “Profile Settings -> then under "Notifications & Preferences” you will be able to unsubscribe by unchecking the relevant boxes. Be sure to click the "Save Notification Preferences" once completed.
If you still don't receive any notification, please check your spam/junk folders to see if something arrived there. Check also your anti spam filters and make sure you explicitly allow incoming messages from the email domain: @alerts.sprinklr.com
