Sprinklr Notifications Not Being Emailed

I've done all that. And still nothing.

...that is so to speak. I will try doing something that would have the effect of whitelisting everything from alerts.sprinklr.com, but that probably will be ineffective (understanding that I'm not receiving email beings email is not being sent the first place). I see that the notifications used to come from a name at just sprinklr.com, no subdomain. I will certainly inform if notifications are still not being emailed, or if, to the contrary, future notifications are emailed.

I've whitelisted the domain name, and I see that notifications only show up on the  IMDb Community Forum hosted here on Sprinklr. They're not being emailed to the email address through which I'm registered here, for some reason.

Out of the blue and for no reason known to me, notifications just suddenly stopped being emailed to me.
