Sorting lists

I don't know if you can do what I'm suggesting, but this what I would like.

       - I would like to make "sort alphabetically" my default setting, so they will always open like that. This could be available in content or list settings.

      - I would like to have all the same sort options whether OUT/IN editing mode.

     - Since I add new entries at the bottom of page, when in edit mode, I would like to have the " done" button at the bottom as well as the top of the page.
