Sometimes no email confirmation for series where I am subscribed to (yes my country & email address is correctly filled in)

Hi,

Sometimes I get a confirmation email, sometimes not, for the same series.

In order to solve this problem I have then to describe & re-inscribe to that specific serie so the emails come in again for future appearing episodes of that serie.

Example -> Fallout S02E03 did not receive email notification, while I did for S02E01 & S02E02.

Thank you for reporting this.As troubleshooting, please check your spam/junk/not wanted folder to see if the email notification is there. In addition and if possible, you can free up some space on your inbox to ensure emails are being delivered.

If that doesn't help, please provide us with the following information so we can review further:

• Browser name and version number (if applicable):

• IMDb/IMDbPro app version number (if applicable):

I never receive the confirmation emails as spam from IMDB. I also have enough space in my inbox for receiving flat emails (without attachments). Never missed any email from IMDB :-)So here is my system info:

Desktop pc with Windows 11 Home (version 25H2)

Google Chrome (version 143.0.7499.170) (64 bits)

Imdb website (https://www.imdb.com)
