Sometimes no email confirmation for series where I am subscribed to (yes my country & email address is correctly filled in)
Hi,
Sometimes I get a confirmation email, sometimes not, for the same series.
In order to solve this problem I have then to describe & re-inscribe to that specific serie so the emails come in again for future appearing episodes of that serie.
Example -> Fallout S02E03 did not receive email notification, while I did for S02E01 & S02E02.

We looked into the issue and found that, due to a technical problem on our end, notification emails were not sent that day, which is why you didn’t receive a confirmation for Fallout S02E03.
Our tech team has addressed the issue and will be closely monitoring the system to ensure notifications are sent correctly going forward.
