Showing valid evidence to remove credit

So I’ve been trying to get rid of a IMDB credit on my IMDb pro profile: Jeremiah Bovey

i am no longer apart of the project and it is being rewritten, recasted, and I would like it removed.
I have provided valid information but the credit has still not been removed. I would love to hopefully get it sorted.
