set "total running time" as primary runtime for miniseries and TV movie

Please set "total running time" as the primary runtime (that's displayed below a title in the detailed view mode).  When users want to binge-watch an entire miniseries or TV movie, we'll filter ATS for a total running time that's close to our time frame to binge-watch.  If a user plans to binge-watch around 360 minutes, then he is likely to believe a miniseries with a primary runtime of 90 minutes is too short when its total running time is actually 357 minutes.
