Separate list for documentaries and tv series

I am sorry if this question has been raised earlier, but I honestly feel that the documentaries should not be a part of the Top 250 IMDb TV Series. A separate list should be created for the multipart documentaries under TV shows and a separate list for one episode documentary under the movies section. I think they don't include documentaries in the Top 250 Movies at all. The documentaries have been getting traction for a while now, it only makes sense to have separate lists for them. What do you think? And is there any way to communicate this to the right authority?
