searching my lists

Is it possible to search for a movie through my own lists, to see if I had seen a particular film for instance? If not would it be possible to have that option in the future?

Yes. At the bottom of  https://www.imdb.com/search/title you can select from your lists, both to include and/or exclude.

I saw a film now in June called Onoda and it's on my June list. I go to advanced search, on title I put 'Onoda' and then click nowhere except where you said. I select all my lists on the include side. Then I click search and this is what I get:

@nimzabo  The above search would only find the title if it was on every single one of those lists.  The better option is to go to the title page, in this case: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9844938/  and click the down arrow to the right of the "+ Add to Watchlist" button, highlighted in red here: the menu which then opens will include a green check mark to the left of every list on which the title appears.  For example, for me on https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1877830/  Hope this helps!
