Recommendations: Not interested

Dear IMDb and users,
    I think it would be very handy if there was some sort of section for the "recommendations" feature that would let you edit some things that people are not interested in. For example I do not care for movies that are rated R. Even thought they are popular in some of the genres that I enjoy, they aren't my cup of tea. I know things may be complex with filters, but maybe a simple one based off of ratings would be a great improvement.
