Ratings: Search with respect to user rating

Dear imdb-team,

I have two feature requests:

1) I would like to have an option which filters all films in a list which I have rated with a given number of stars, or a region thereof. This is already possible with IMDB rating, and also with all films which I have rated. Currently I can only sort the films in a list with my rating.

2) Please make this option also available for other people visiting my imdb page. Currently, the mentioned sort option is not even available for a given list. It is only available for all of my ratings.
