Ratings: Remove documentaries and the like from TOP TV
The inclusion of documentary,game show,reality tv,short,talk show ruins the credibility of the top 250 tv and furthermore,top 250 movies donot include these(documentary and shorts).
It seems puzzling and silly to the general viewer to see something like Planet Earth beating game of thrones,breaking bad or cosmos ranking above sopranos. Imagine Michael moore documentary being number 1 in top 250!!! Would top 250 movies list have become so popular if it was silly like the tv list?
I realize that this is not an apple-to-apple comparison but for imdb to become popular and to be taken seriously,it is necessary. If excluding these genres makes lower quality content pop up in the list,you could simply reduce the list to top 100 since story based tv series are lower in quantity compared to story based movies.
