Ratings: Getting more information from users ratings

Sometimes we find movie with rating 7 or higher, but that movie disappoint us with its quality. So here is my suggestion how to get more information from user ratings:
When user watch ratings of some movie, alow him to get average rating only from users who rates some specific movies. That other movies picks user. Also user can for each of that movies picks just those users which give specific rating.

 Example: You look on movie 'Inception' and you want to know average rating just from users who also rate movies 'Shutter Island' and 'Interstellar'. Further, if you are not satisfied with the result, you can add filter to 'Shutter Island' to pick just users who give it rate between 6-8 and 'Interstellar' from 7-10.
