Harish: You can construct your own search for top-rated films in other languages by using Advanced Title Search. To do this, go to http://www.imdb.com/search/title.
For example, on that page, I tested this by selecting for Title Type: "Feature Film", Number of Votes: 1000 to ______ (leaving the maximum votes box blank), Languages: Kannada, and under Display Options, sorted by "User Rating Descending".
