Ratings: Add date of ratings

If you look at your My Ratings list in the Compact view, the Date that Rating was added is in the rightmost column. Quite right.  To illustrate for the O.P., here is where he can find the Compact View button:    Note:  Users can change their existing ratings at any time.  Unfortunately, the ratings list shows only the date of the user's most recent rating for each title. Note:  Due to a limitation of the implementation, some very old ratings may show an incorrect date of "01 Jan 1970".  (You can see that date listed on some of IMDb founder Col Needham's ratings, for example.)
