Rating mechanics

Rating should be more important by the people who gave more ratings and have more credibility so their rewiews get more points. example: we can have very good thriller but if rewiews are written by people who love action it may get unfair ratings. It should be scored by credibility of yosers and not anyone who is in the mood to write the rewiew at the moment.
