Public lists showing as private when accessed from link

Hello, I have two IMDb lists that are set to public in the settings, but when I access the lists through the links it gives an error saying they are not public. I've tried toggling this setting but doesn't seem to do anything: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls047189920/ https://www.imdb.com/list/ls022052156/  Would someone be able to correct this? Thanks so much
