Public list setted as private (?)

So, each time I update my list it will not working again? Why? I don't understand if it's a public list.

Since yesterday I have been monitoring your list and I confirm that it has been live and public. 

If the problem persists, please let us know immediately and we will escalate your case to our technical team.

Good evening and thanks for your effort, Sally, but once again, each time I update the list reappears as "not public". Didn't know what happens, but it's frustrating. I hope anyone could fix the problem. Thanks in advance.

As I mentioned in previous messages, the same issue always happens. Each time I update my public list, your system makes it private and it cannot be seen by anyone.

I still don't understand why, but it seems it's been happening all these years (and it's been 12 since I started this list, which I've spent a lot of time on).

I hope you know how to solve the problem in your interface for the benefit of everyone.

Hi again, Jon, and sorry for the delay. I just edit my list right now and looks it work, thanks!

Let me edit a couple of times more during the next few days and check it still working.
