problem playing trailer videos
Starting yesterday (June 15/26) and continuing today, I am unable to play videos on my desktop. When I click on the play-arrow the screen simply blinks but won't play. There is no such problem on my two laptops, I can simply play the videos.
I run a VPN on my desktop as well as ad block and have disconnected both but the videos still will not play.
I've been a member for many years but when I try to sign in I'm told my email or password is incorrect and when I request a password reset I'm told there is no record of my email address. I even tried creating a new account but was told my password was incorrect, which makes no sense because how could/would the system say it was incorrect when I just made it up and, it has all the requirements for a password?
Can anybody make any sense of this and provide some assistance? Thank you.
