Hello @Isableue,
There is not a way to search all tagged images on IMDb at this time.
User uploaded images such as images that are uploaded to an title page will only appear in the photo gallery for that title and are not extended to name pages.
Moreover, we will convert this over to the "Idea" section such that other users can vote / comment upon it for future consideration.
