PC browser (Edge and Google) issues

Your last web page update must not have been tested for web browsers (Google/Edge) because when you try to bring up an individual or movie information the format and code is not formatted correctly.  It only looks correct from a cell phone.  It's disjointed, lists don't line up, pictures are all over the place and some links aren't even coming up correctly.  Please fix this.

@jboyce30 Sorry about that.  What you are seeing is an issue caused by either the CSS and/or JavaScript support files which create the page layouts on IMDb not loading properly at your location.  This is not a global problem, but neither is it an isolated problem only affecting you.

We have seen a small number of reports of this issue over the last week. If you have a VPN, please try disabling it, or better, if you have another network available (for example, using your phone as a WiFi hot-spot) try again.

If none of the above works, please can you let us know in which country you are located and please can you also upload screen-grabs of the IMDb home page plus an example name page and an example title page which shows the problem.

Thanks

@jboyce30 Please can you let us know if you are still experiencing this error or whether the site is now working okay?

@jboyce30  It appears this is likely an issue with Norton VPN — are you using this software? If so, disabling it will fix the problem (and then please complain directly to Norton so they can fix it in future updates).
