@geeked_out_4_movies Thanks. This is indeed a bug which seems to only affect a small subset of Parents Guides for episodes. We have flagged this to the team for investigation.
Your initial report implied that all voting was broken on all Parents Guides. Please try and be precise as possible when reporting issues and always include example URLs and screenshots as it will enable us to fix the problems more quickly. Thanks.
@geeked_out_4_movies There is a workaround while we look at the issue. The voting across those categories currently only appears when there is at least one specific contributed item available in the guide. Please see https://help.imdb.com/article/contribution/titles/parental-guide/GF4KYKYJA4PKQB32 to add an item. Once the item is live, voting across all of the categories becomes active automatically.
Also note that you can only vote in the Parents Guide after the title has been released. Are you only looking at titles which have not been released yet?
Why would a Parents Guide page for a movie not be one where you can add anything? All the page has are the ratings for the movie in various countries, but none of the usual categories about violence, profanity, drugs, etc. Thus, there's no viewer voting or comments allowed to guide those concerned about children viewing the film.

Title : Parents Guide Page Has No Voting Categories . . . .
@bluedusk Thanks for the bug report and please see above for a temporary solution while we work on the issue:

This appears to be a local problem only affecting you so please see: https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/why-is-imdb-displaying-differently-on-my-browser/GF2ZAR69V859XLHF
If this does not fix the problem, please provide links to at least 2 or 3 pages with the problem and at least one screen shot so we can investigate.
