Only Korean shows are recommended

When you give a movie a positive rating or add a movie to your Watchlist, we track that as a movie that you are interested in and then compare your data to ratings made by other IMDb users.

We can then find movies and TV shows that people with similar tastes to you like.

If you'd like the recomendations to update, find and rate more of the titles that you love and add more of the titles you're interested in to your Watchlist.

Regarding the titles, I recommend going to your account settings on the IMDb app, then display, and toggle off the option labeled "Show titles in original language".

Disappointed. I usually don't watch Korean shows even though they generally earn higher ratings, which is probably why the algorithm cannot handle them. "Show titles in original language" was already toggled off. So ...? Bottom line, I guess "What to watch" will not be worth looking at anymore. Thanks anyway for taking the time to help.

The device is a TCL television with Google TV. I see something that says Android TV OS version 12. I use a browser app called Browser. It is version 2.10.7.

The IMDb page does have IMDbPro on it. It's not an app. It's the web pages. I think.

This is what is looks like when I go to What to Watch. There are 5 pages of this and never anything but Korean.

I opened the What to Watch link you gave me on my phone. It doesn't look anything like what I see on my TV. There, there are no shows recommended like I see on my TV.
