No access to registered email, IMDB won't log me in. Don't want to create a new account. "That's OK We'll Help You Remove It" - (dead end)

My original account was opened in 2003. I have lists that I want to review. I have not logged in in over a year, but a year ago I could login without any problem, even though I no longer had the email address. Now IMDB won't log me in without sending me an email to the old address, which I no longer have access to.

However, IMDB login, offered a solution,

"Lost access to your r****@Bellsouth.net email address? That's OK. We'll help you remove it.
(But the link to remove it is a 404)

I don't want to lose my original lists. Please offer suggestions if you have them. Thanks!
