Name Pages: Disable user-list display on name pages, because ...

In my always-humble opinion, some types of user-lists,
such as this example, probably should not be shown on
name-page sidebars.

I mean, suppose there's a name page about you,
and this "Biggest Pieces of Sh*t" list is on the sidebar;
would that make you a happy camper?

There are some well-known and powerful people
found among the names on that list and other such lists.
Does IMDb want to display a "sh*t" list on name pages
about some powerful people?  Why risk eventual complaints?
There's no benefit to IMDb in this.

So I'd suggest thinking about removing user-lists from
name-page sidebars for now, until a better solution can be found.
