My server was down, now I am not getting mails
I haven't received an IMDB mail for the last 18 days, starting when my server crashed. Although the server has been back up for several days, I am no longer getting IMDB mails. Some places shut off sending mails when they get bounce backs. Could be the case, but how do I get the mails coming again?

You can check your email preferences to confirm all boxes have a check to receive informational emails. You can access your email preferences here.
You can also check your spam or junk folders on your email to see if something arrived there. If not, make sure you explicitly allow incoming messages from the email:
If you still don't receive any email, please contact to IMDb support directly here. Select the following options bellow to unblock the email button, and select e-mail.
In the additional information box, please provide the email address registered to your IMDb account and a short explanation of the issue you are experiencing.
