All the lists I created in My Lists have suddenly disappeared. How do I get them back?

I've checked your account and haven't found any records of lists having been created previously.
It appears you have more than one IMDb account; please make sure you're logged into the correct one.

Thank you for the information. As far as I know, I have only had one account since I joined decades ago. Is there a way to find out what name the other account is under?
