Multiple public lists are showing as private

Hello IMDb Support,

I have several IMDb lists that are set to public, but when other people try to access them, they see the following message:

“The creator of this list has not enabled public viewing.”

I previously included a link to my personal website in one of my lists, but removed it several years ago. I have since discovered in your Lists FAQ that external links can cause a list to become private, even when its visibility is set to public.

However, the problem appears to affect multiple lists on my account, not just this one.

Could you please investigate whether my account or lists have been affected by this restriction and help restore public access to all my lists?

I would prefer not to recreate my lists, as they contain a lot of work.
