For each movie or series or series' episode allow the user to rate it again any number of times each time he watches it, and then show him each vote and when exactly it was, and then make for each movie or series or series' episode a button that opens a rating of 2nd time viewers and 3rd etc... time viewers and show their rating after each watch, or at least let the user keep track of how many times he watched it and when by date and time, and allow people to see for each movie or series or series episode how many people repeated watching it and how many times (in total).
