at the top of the page is bleeding down into the page, so it is impossible to read the text underneath. (Try searching a title like “Three Secrets")
And, on some pages, it appears like an upside-down “L,” partially running down the right side of the page. (Look to the obits page for this.)

@bradley_kent Thanks for the problem report. This is a misconfigured ad which is affecting every page on the site in the US which has not yet been switched to the new technology, sorry.
One way around it is to opt-out of reference view via https://www.imdb.com/preferences/general although note that some title subpages are still on the old technology and have the same issue.
We have alerted the IMDb ad team.
