Make tiles for cast & crew instead of lists

A lot of the time, when I check out cast & crew for a film or TV show, it's because I see an actor in one and I know them from somewhere else but I can't figure out from where. A lot of the time, I don't know their name, so I think it would be more useful if the cast and crew were displayed as tiles rather than a list with tiny indiscernible photos where I can't tell who is who
