Lucy Worsley Investigates: The American Revolution
I just watched the second and final episode of the subject short series. The closest fit I could find on IMDb is The American Revolution with Lucy Worsley which is listed as still in production. There were two copyrights at the end of the second episode: 2024 for additional materials and 2006 for PBS. Whose responsibility is it to enter, update, or correct the essential basics of a program on IMDb to the point where we users can rate and comment on them? I should think the producers, perhaps? But since this one crosses national boundaries, there might be some confusion on that part.

The first episode on the American Revolution is also listed under season 3 of this series:
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt14076500/
(I see that the PBS page you linked also mentions the first two episodes listed under the first season of this IMDb entry.)
Anyone can submit titles and episodes to IMDb. Not all producers or companies submit their own productions.
The in-production IMDb page you linked looks odd (on IMDbPro) since it lists data which seems unrelated to Worsley: 8 episodes, a plot description relating to Joe Exotic, the genres biography and drama, and credits for someone called Dan Lagana. Perhaps IMDb can investigate what happened there.
