Logging in via facebook

I have an account and I used to log in via facebook and my facebook account was linked to my old yahoo mail and after a while I changed my facebook mail to outlook. Now that I can’t log in via facebook and I don’t have access anymore to my old yahoo mail what exactly should I do to access my imdb account

This doesn’t help me with my issue because I used to login via facebook and the mail associated at that time was yahoo mail which I no longer use it (my facebook mail now is outlook ) so I can’t reset password or receive mails.
