Log In Issues - Unable to Recover Login Credentials due to old email.

I'm having trouble accessing my IMDB account because I no longer have access to the email address that I used to create the account. When I try to log in, the security feature asks me to enter a code that they sent to me via email to confirm that it's my account. Unfortunately, I can't access this code because I can't access my email account anymore. The website suggests that I contact "Customer Service" for help, but I can't find any way to speak or text with them. The self-help options are not helpful and seem to be an endless loop of unhelpful prompts.
