"Load more" -- not a useful way of navigation
I don't remember whether I've brought this up in detail since the transition to Sprinklr, so I'll explain this problem with screenshots here.
On the topic boards on Sprinklr, there is page-by-page navigation, as shown in the screenshot below:

Note the page numbers at the bottom: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ... 3162. And not only that, you can select which page you want to go to by editing the URL at the top -- note the "page=1" at the end of the URL. If you change that to "page=3000", you will indeed be taken to page 3000 in this topic.
Now contrast that with how Sprinklr handles navigation in the user pages.

They don't use page-by-page navigation here; all you can do is click "Load More..." to load another 10 entries. Nor can you edit the URL to go from page to page.
Why would they do this? Does anyone actually like the "Load More..." function better or find it easier to use? Considering that they have page-by-page navigation in the topics, I would think they would use it everywhere on the site. Could the IMDb staff please request Sprinklr to implement page-by-page navigation everywhere?
I note that in the GetSatisfaction era, GS once tried something similar and claimed it was to make things easier for mobile users ... except that it didn't actually improve anything for mobile users compared to page-by-page navigation, and eventually they implemented page-by-page navigation throughout their site.
Also, I would have been happy to direct this problem to Sprinklr itself, but I'm not aware of any feedback mechanism for people like me (i.e. not Sprinklr's customer, but a user of one of Sprinklr's customers) to use.

Hi @gromit82
I've shared your feedback with the Sprinklr team for consideration and have updated the post to "Idea".
